In this video, you will learn about screen printing. YOu will need a screen, a press, and an aluminum screen. Once you pour a little on the screen, it will spread really easily.
Make sure you get the entire thing covered. Don’t leave it out in the light. Turn a fan on it and let it dry in the dark. You want to work quickly. Print out your art on transparency paper. SEt a bright light on top of it for 20 to 30 mins. The light exposes the expulsion covered by the design. The lighter area lets the ink through. You want to do this gently so you don’t reveal anything you have made. YOu can use painter’s tape to cover up the expulsion. Add a thick layer of the screen printing paper. You hook in the screen and line it up with the center line. Lay your shirt out the same way and use your machine to hold it down in place. When it heats up, you can throw it down for a few minutes.
